The toilets, the fire alarm AND where to find koffie! What else could anyone possibly want, Astrid! I can see a whole bunch of us SCers congregating upstairs with you on the way to Texel. Ahhh. Heaven.

Picturit: I know Ginnie, this would be so much fun...to have Koffie with some SCers.....when I saw this sign I had to capture it, it brought a big smile to my face...some tourists on the ferry who saw me take this shot thought I had had too much sun .....but well, what do they know about a nice kopje koffie with some dear friends and have a ball...life is to short not to enjoy it...yes heaven to me too

This is a very fine composition Astrid. How long does a ferry journey last - and how much koffie can you drink during that time. I am sending you this message at 02:44 in the morning.

Picturit: It only takes 23 minutes, so we have all the time to have at least one kopje Koffie....I am impressed by the time of this comment, I hope Mrs.Ratty VIII did not keep you awake and I hope you brought her a glass of water and shuttled her pillow, most of the time that works...

Picturit: Jeroen, I am sorry to tell you, this is a picture taken NOT for the quality but for the smile it brought to my face, like Ginnie said, I would love to have Koffie with a lot of SCers in the restaurant.
That reflection was bothering me too but what could I do, we were on the outside row on the ferry, the row with the windows......the glow was allover.......

Nice combination of different lines and pictogrammata which our daily life are always leading and regulating... (The pic 'toilets' is for me mostly the first one I look for!) Ginnie has a nice idea, I'll follow her! Leuk weer je handtekening! Op jou kunnen we vertrouwen in het geval dat...!

Picturit: Absoluut, het is altijd belangrijk om te weten waar we naar toe gaan, gelukkig zijn de pictigrammen internationaal.....je bent natuurlijk uitgenodigd voor een kopje koffie, melk geen suiker denk ik.....en Philine het ging me dit keer niet om de foto, maar om de gedachte van koffie drinken met vrienden....op Chad zijn SC drink ik ook altijd koffie, het is een klein grapje dat er rondgaat...maar de koffie neem ik erg serieus....

Ja, Astrid, ik heb je aanspeling natuurlijk onmiddelijk begrepen want ik heb je reacties op Chad's blog ook met veel plezier en een fijntjes lachen gelezen en weet wel dat jij de "(Ober-) Kaffeetante" bent, ik drink echter liever thee dan koffie/kaffee/café/koyffie/kaffie/kuifje/Muckefuck" (German) enz.! Nou ja, nog een goede dag met of zonder koffie toegewenst!

Years ago there was a newspaper cartoonist named Jeff Hook and he started hiding a little hook in amongst his sketch. It became a challenge to find the hook. He nearly drove the whole state of Victoria crazy the day he "forgot to include the hook".
Now I look for the Astrid, before I take in the photo.

Until I read your notes I immediate though "ferry", followed a second later by "cup of tea". Glad to see that the door looks firmly shut!

the little black things are rubber protections for the electric wiring for the fire alarm system, they look like Christmas trees, but I took this picture last Sunday...
